Good location, just a walk down to everywhere. Easy access to Hurghada International airport, within 0.5 km. Big rooms with balcony, fridge, for example, and welcoming service...

The staff at Royal City Hotel went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The room was clean and the bed was more comfortable than my own. The wifi worked perfectly and the hot water was reliable. Despite the kitchen being closed, the receptionist even offered to make me a sandwich with vegetarian options. The location was convenient, right downtown within walking distance to everything I needed. When I fell ill, someone from the staff went to the pharmacy to get medicine for me. They even helped me sort out some travel details by speaking to the airline office in Arabic. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and well looked after. I highly recommend staying here. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The price was affordable and there was a lot to do nearby. The hotel's central location made it easy to get around and explore. The staff were friendly and helpful with excursions and activities.
My experience wasn't great. The facilities were run down, and my room felt dirty and uninviting.

Enjoyed the beach view while gobbling continental breakfast, got a free shuttle to the airport , chilled in the lounge, and the friendly staff arranged everything for me. Also, the Italian food was delizioso and free Wi-Fi was a bonus.
Was disappointed that they missed the memo on redecorating with old wood smell and loud air conditioners.

We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel in Hurghada, and we were extremely pleased with the experience. the hotel staff was exceptionally accommodating and friendly, making us feel right at home. the room was clean and comfortable, with a soft and cozy bed that we couldn't get enough of. the wifi worked well, and we were able to stay connected during our stay. the hotel was in a convenient downtown location, with everything we needed just a short walk away.
Although the room was clean, there were a few maintenance issues that could have been improved.
